The body was found in a nature reserve in the Brussels municipality of ever. Brussels judicial authorities have confirmed that a terrible discovery was made on Friday after the het Moereske, a colorful place popular among pedestrians adjacent to the main railway lines between Brussels and the North and East of the country.
A local council worker found the body that had been there for some time. There is as yet no news as to the identity of the deceased.
The Brussels Judicial Authorities believe that the cause of death is suspicious and a criminal investigation has been opened. A police surgeon and the Federal Police Forensics experts visited the site where the body was discovered to collect evidence, as did an Examining Magistrate and the Judicial Authorities.
