Brussels had 9,535 young unemployed people in February.
That’s a 33% drop since 2014, according to figures released by Actiris on Friday.
This 57th consecutive monthly decrease still leaves youth unemployment relatively high at 24.1% (9,525 job seekers under 25 years old).
In total, Brussels had 91,681 job seekers in February, an unemployment rate of 16.5%. That’s a 3.8% drop compared to 2017 and a 14.7% drop compared to 2014.
