The Lotto Mons Expo carpark victim was stabbed to death

The Mons Prosecutor’s office said the 23 year old woman from Binche found dead in the Lotto Mons Expo carpark was stabbed to death.

King’s Prosecutor Christian Henry said the victim was not raped, but rape could have been the motive for the crime.

The Mons Prosecutor’s office said the body was found by the victim’s friends. She was supposed to meet them at 7am for a carpool. The body was in a pool of blood.

The Mons Prosecutor’s office said the investigation would be difficult, as there were no eyewitnesses at the moment.

The King’s Prosecutor for Mons called for anyone who could help with the investigation to come forward.
