Ryanair cancels 50 flights to / from Belgium

Next week, employees of low-budget airline Ryanair conduct industrial actions. On Wednesday and Thursday, up to 300 flights are canceled, including 50 departures or with destinations in Belgium.

Cabin staff from Belgium, Portugal, Italy and Spain are walking out because Ryanair offers its employees working conditions according to Irish law. These are less advantageous than elsewhere. 300 of the Irish carrier’s 2,400 flights are being grounded. Belgium is badly affected with 50 of the 160 Belgian flights cancelled.
