We are based on the figures from the recent Whitelane research study of more than 250 of the largest companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. Thus, it is the largest customers of it service providers who were surveyed. Every year, Whitelane Research conducts research on sourcing deals and their customers. It is about satisfaction.
Hexaware, Computacenter, TCS, GTT and Cegeka lead the overall ranking, each with a percentage of eighty percent or more. Tech Mahindra and Verizon are at the bottom with less than sixty percent. But because the one supplier and category are not the same, there are also eight fields of expertise. Therefore, Computable always brings the top three.
