Two suicide bombers were committed in the Tunisian capital Tunis. The first bomb exploded in an important street, the second at a police station. One agent died. Nine wounded have been counted for the time being. Everything indicates that the terrorists had targeted the police.
Who was behind the attacks is not yet known. The first attack happened near a police car. Five were injured, four in the second attack. Al Jazeera reports that.
Attacks take place regularly in Tunisia. Especially since the fall of the regime of Zine Ben Ali in 2011 it has been restless. In 2015, dozens of people died in a series of attacks in Tunis. Terror group IS claimed the attacks at the time. It is not entirely clear whether they are also behind the terrorist acts of today.
