South Africa’s coach Hugo Broos eyes Belgian talent Ayanda Sishuba for national squad

The attacking midfielder made his debut in Ligue 1 this season. Hugo Broos aims to convince him to play for South Africa. It is up to Sishuba to choose which country he wants to represent, but secretly, Broos hopes he will choose South Africa over Belgium.

“He is playing at the highest level in France, and we want to give him a chance,” Broos stated during a press conference. “It’s up to the player to demonstrate that he possesses the qualities that South Africa appreciates.”
