Carles Puigdemont files complaint after discovery of tracker under his vehicle

The Catalan ex-President Carles Puigdemont filed a complaint in Belgium after the discovery, about two weeks ago, of a tracking device placed under his vehicle, report several media on the basis of the El Espanol news site.
Advisors of the Catalan separatist, who is currently detained in Germany, have warned the local police in Waterloo, where he has occupied a villa since February. A complaint has been filed for violation of privacy.
