Delta Guide honours Rising Restaurants That Are New

It’s widely regarded as the”bible” for food fans from Belgium and, this year, the Delta Guide also honours up and coming new restaurants. For the 42nd edition, the Delta Guide Brussels selected 840 restaurants, for example 70 brand new ones, and 140 hotels.

Approximately 60 restaurants have been deleted from the 2019 issue, either thanks to bankruptcy or non compliance with the strict selection criteria.
