The Tihange 2 nuclear reactor, which was shut down on Friday morning, was started up again at around 3am on Saturday.
This was revealed by Engie Electrabel.
Tihange 1, which was shut down on Wednesday, will not be started up again until the 30th of September. A building in the non-nuclear part of the reactor was damaged during building work.
