Belgium will develop a contact tracing app to map coronavirus infections after all, according to Karina Moykens, the new chair of the Interfederal Committee Testing and Tracing. Belgium’s response to the coronavirus crisis has been deemed the Bottom of the class, according to a new international study by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).
