The double Olympic 800m champion has appealed the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruling which approved the IAAF’s plans for a new testosterone limit. The Brussels-Capital Region’s newly sworn-in parliament held its first session on Tuesday afternoon, inaugurated by the regional parliament’s interim president, Pierre Kompany.
