Bulgaria, Romania, Greece top EU Social Exclusion indicators

According to data released by Eurostat on Wednesday, the three EU Member States with the biggest population at risk of poverty and social exclusion are Bulgaria (32,8%), Romania (32,5%), and Greece (31,85).

The EU28 average population at risk of poverty is 21,7%. Other countries whose population at risk of poverty and social exclusion are well above the EU average are Latvia (28,4%), Lithuania (28,3%), Spain (26,1%), and Italy (25,5%).
